Beautiful Soul is an ongoing journal of personal experiences, introspective thoughts, and a space for creative expression. It is where I come to reflect, analyze, and redirect the traffic congestion constantly clogging up my mind. In reflection I am offered an opportunity to reevaluate various roles I’ve played during past adversities, an exercise that provides discovery, clarity, and healing. Later in life it became quite clear to me that I am very much an empathic human being, who also happens to be an introvert with extrovert tendencies around certain people. Sobriety is what gave me the peace I needed to finally be able to identify my own character trait. It provided me with the confidence needed to stand in my truth and have my own narrative.
